Chris Adams, CPA

Professional Summary

Chris is the senior managing tax principal of Redwitz, Inc. He has been overseeing all areas of the tax practice since June 1987.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of taxation, including tax strategies, audit representation and tax compliance. He has experience dealing with closely held corporations, S-corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts and high net worth individuals.

Upon graduation, Chris went to work for the California State Board of Equalization as a sales tax auditor. The time spent, although only a couple of years, was great experience that he has used over the years when dealing with the various government agencies on behalf of his clients. From 1982 until 1987 Chris worked for a local CPA firm in Newport Beach specializing in taxes.

Starting in 2012, Chris became a SALT core team leader of AGN International. As a SALT core team leader, he assists in coordinating various educational programs regarding State and Local Taxes throughout the United States.
