Robert G. Redwitz, CPA

In 2001 Rob began his career with Redwitz, Inc. working primarily on compilation, review and audit engagements. In 2006, as the firm realized an increasing demand for outsourced bookkeeping and CFO services, Rob took the lead in formalizing these services and developing this new department within the firm. Since then, Redwitz, Inc.’s CFO services department has grown substantially and now services dozens of clients locally, out of state and internationally.

Rob has a great deal of experience managing all of the financial aspects of both for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations. Over his many years working in the CFO services department, he has accrued extensive firsthand experience with the transition of clients to the outsourced services environment, establishing best practices and workflow procedures to accommodate each client’s specific needs and maintaining long-term services and client relations.

Rob strives to develop strong, long-lasting, working relationships with his clients and providing the highest level of service possible. He takes the time to understand his clients needs and goals so the work he provides is relevant and valuable. With his twenty years of accounting experience, he has the ability to understand complex accounting issues and communicate them to his clients clearly. 

Community Involvement

Rob has a passion for working with and assisting non-profit organizations. He has developed strong ties with a number of Redwitz Inc.’s non-profit clients and enjoys attending and participating in their various community and fundraising activities.

In 2014 Rob was elected to the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley. Since then, Rob has held multiple positions on the board including a two year term as Board President.

Personal

In his free time, Rob enjoys traveling and all things outdoors with his wife and two children. He is always looking for new experiences and has tried out sky diving, rock climbing, zip-lining, scuba diving and bungie jumping! His favorite times are big family gatherings and being the grill master serving up something tasty.
